自動固相抽出について

Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ AutoTrace™ 280 自動固相抽出システムは、水質分析のための米国 EPA メソッドや、固相抽出 (SPE) サンプルのクリーンアップを必要とするその他のメソッドを実行しているラボに最適です。ワークステーションでは自動的に液体マトリックスが固相抽出ディスクまたはカートリッジにロードされ、目的の検体が溶出するため、オペレーターによる操作は 15 分のみで、最大六つのサンプルを同時に処理できます。

AutoTrace 280 装置は 20mL から 4L という大容量の液体サンプルの固相抽出を処理できます。システムには 1、3、6 mL の固相抽出カートリッジまたは 47mm の固相ディスクを使用可能で、最大 5 種類の溶媒を使用できます。
