Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ CES™ 300 キャピラリー電解サプレッサーで、キャピラリー陰イオンおよび陽イオン分離時のノイズを容易に低減できます。このサプレッサーは、水の電解により連続再生されるため、再生液の調製ではなく、データの取得に時間をかけることができます。

ベースラインの導電率を低減

CES 300 キャピラリー電解サプレッサーは、陰イオン (Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ ACES™ 300 キャピラリー電解サプレッサー) および陽イオン (Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ CCES™ 300 キャピラリー電解サプレッサー) の検出時に、高導電率の水酸化物またはメタンスルホン酸溶離液を純水に変換することにより、ベースラインの導電率を低減します。また同時に、分析種を導電率の高いヒドロニウム型 (陰イオン) または 水酸化物型 (陽イオン) に変換してシグナル/ノイズ比を大幅に引き上げることによって、導電率検出の感度を向上させます。
