Automated SPE for Large-Volume Water Samples
The Dionex AutoTrace 280 is an automated solid phase extraction (SPE) system that isolates trace organics from large-volume water or aqueous matrices. It is ideal for labs performing U.S. EPA methods for water analysis or other methods requiring SPE sample cleanup. The sample preparation system automatically loads liquid matrices onto an SPE disc or cartridge and elutes the analytes of interest, letting you process up to six samples at a time—with only 15 minutes of operator involvement.

The AutoTrace 280 instrument handles liquid samples from 20mL to 4L. The system can be configured with 1, 3, or 6mL SPE cartridges or 47mm solid-phase disks, using up to five different solvents.
