Attune NxT微粒子側方散乱フィルターは、Attune NxTアコースティックフォーカシングサイトメーターで使用します。検出器の分解能を損なうことなく、側方散乱検出のダイナミックレンジを拡大するように設計されています。この488/10側方散乱フィルターとフォーカシング液のウルトラフィルタリングを組み合わせると、バックグラウンドノイズが大幅に低減し、100 nm粒子を識別できることがわかっています。

優れた操作性
このフィルターは、標準的な側方散乱フィルターに簡単に交換できます。光学ブロックはフィルターブレードを一方向のみで受け入れるように設計されているため、間違った方法で取り付けることはできません。フィルターには、正しい位置を識別するためのカラーコードラベルも付いています。

When analyzing cells or large particles, you must use the standard SSC filter. If the Attune NxT Small Particle Side-Scatter Filter is used when analyzing cells or large particles, you may observe saturating signal.

What is the difference between the Attune NxT Small Particle Side-Scatter Filter and the standard SSC filter?

The standard SSC filter has an OD 2 filter in addition to the 488/10 filter. The Attune NxT Small Particle Side-Scatter Filter does not include the OD 2 filter. This allows approximately 100-fold more light to get through the Attune NxT Small Particle Side-Scatter Filter.
