The TaqMan™ Fast Reagents Starter Kit is designed to detect and quantify Eukaryotic 18S rRNA sequence in cDNA samples using the TaqMan 5’ nuclease assay, in fast thermal cycling mode. The Eukaryotic 18S rRNA TaqMan™ Assay consists of a 20X mix of two unlabeled PCR primers and a FAM™ dye labeled 18S TaqMan™ MGB probe.
