This plate is used for MUSTANG PURPLE® spectral calibration of your Applied Biosystems® 7500, ViiA™ 7, QuantStudio™ 6, QuantStudio™ 7, or QuantStudio™ 12K Flex real-time PCR system with a 96-well block. Please see your instrument maintenance guide for full instructions on use. The dye formulations will help improve multiplexing results by more accurately representing fluorescent spectra that are part of your real-time PCR experiments.
