CaptureSelect™ Biotin Anti-FVIII Conjugate

CaptureSelect Biotin Anti-FVIII Conjugate consists of a 13 kDa recombinant single domain antibody fragment (V_HH affinity ligand) with high affinity and selectivity for both recombinant (full length and B-domain deleted) and plasma derived human Factor VIII (FVIII), through recognition of the human FVIII light chain. The affinity ligand is chemically conjugated to biotin via an appropriate spacer that retains the binding reactivity of the ligand when used in combination with streptavidin-based conjugates or streptavidin pre-coated surfaces.
