Mitochondria Isolation Kit for Tissueの特長：

本キットは、2つの手法によるミトコンドリア単離を提供します。1つ目の手法は独自の試薬ベースの手順を採用しており、複数サンプルの同時処理が可能です。2つ目は、組織破壊とオルガネラ単離にダウンス型ホモジナイザーを使用する従来の手法です。この2つの手法は、ベンチトップ型マイクロ遠心分離機でインタクトなミトコンドリアを単離するために分画遠心法を採用しており、60分以内で完了します。さらに、どちらの手順も、ミトコンドリアの完全性の損失を最小限に抑えながら、最大の収量を得られるよう最適化されています。単離されたミトコンドリアは、一次元および二次元ウェスタンブロッティング、また質量分析を使用するタンパク質プロファイリングなど、多数の下流アプリケーションで使用できます。
