It is employed as a reactant for homocoupling of aryl halides via a palladium catalyzed mechanism, in cross-coupling reactions with alkenylsilanols and in fluorination of dichloronitrobenzene. It is also used as a reversible absorbing agent for large quantities of hydrogen sulfide in the liquid state.

Applications

Notes
Hygroscopic. Keep away from oxidizing agents, water/moisture. Keep the container tightly closed and place it in a cool, dry and well ventilated condition. This product may become liquid during storage but it does not affect the quality of the product.
