This plate establishes the pure dye spectra value for the Cy™5.5 dye on Applied Biosystems™ QuantStudio™ 5 96-well 0.1-mL real-time PCR systems. The plate facilitates calibration of the 6th OptiFlex™ channel on the QuantStudio™ 5 system, enabling highly multiplexed PCR assays to be used.
