The CTS Xenon SingleShot Electroporation Chamber is designed for use with the Xenon Electroporation System. It holds a volume of 1 mL for electroporation for cell therapy research with the Xenon Electroporation System. The single-use electroporation chamber is made of Tritan™ MX711 copolyester with gold-plated electrodes and is sterilized by gamma irradiation. It can process 2 x 107 to 1 x 108 T cells in a 1-mL sample volume. Available in a pack of six individually packaged chambers. Promising electroporation conditions that have been optimized in the Neon Transfection System can be scaled to the Xenon Electroporation System without sacrificing performance.
