Genexus™ Dx Conical Bottles

Genexus Dx Conical Bottles are installed in the sequencing reagents bay of the Genexus Dx Integrated Sequencer and serve as reservoirs for nucleotide reagent dilutions. They need to be replaced when filters in the bottles become partially clogged, causing decreased flow rate. If the sequencer detects restricted flow from the bottles during an instrument cleaning procedure, an alert will be displayed to replace the conical bottles.

The Genexus Dx Integrated Sequencer is an in vitro diagnostic (IVD) medical device intended to be used by trained personnel in a professional laboratory environment for automated, qualitative targeted sequencing of human DNA or RNA extracted from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tumor tissue samples or plasma samples.
