POROS™ GoPure™ HQ Column

POROS GoPure HQ chromatography columns are ready-to-use and designed specifically for use in clinical and commercial manufacturing. POROS GoPure HQ columns are prepared and packed in an ISO Class 7 environment where all product contact materials meet USP <88> Class VI standards. Each column is accompanied by column qualification documentation including bioburden and endotoxin. Packed with POROS™ 50 HQ anion exchange resin, POROS GoPure HQ columns offer capacity over a wide range of flow rates.

Features of POROS 50 HQ resin include high resolution polishing of biomolecules, including the separation of full and empty AAV capsids in viral vector manufacturing. Through a partially quaternized polyethyleneimine functional group and enhanced biomolecule access via large pores, POROS 50 HQ resin offers high dynamic capacity and high productivity.
