POROS™ GoPure™ XQ Column

POROS GoPure XQ chromatography columns are ready-to-use and designed specifically for use in clinical and commercial manufacturing. POROS GoPure XQ columns are prepared and packed in an ISO Class 7 environment where all product contact materials meet USP <88> Class VI standards. Each column is accompanied by column qualification documentation including bioburden and endotoxin. Packed with POROS™ XQ anion exchange resin, POROS GoPure XQ columns offer high binding capacity over a wide range of flow rates.

Features of POROS XQ resin include high resolution polishing of biomolecules, including the separation of full and empty AAV capsids in viral vector manufacturing. Through a fully quaternized amine functional group and enhanced biomolecule access via large pores, POROS XQ resin offers high dynamic capacity and high productivity.
