0.1% Peptone Water with 0.1% Tween

Perform sterility testing of pharmaceutical products with Thermo Scientific™ Oxoid™ 0.1% Peptone Water with 0.1% Tween. The diluting and rinsing fluid contains peptone at low concentrations to provide nutrients for survival of microorganisms. Tween 80 lowers interfacial tension around bacteria which may be suspended in a medium.

Use 0.1% Peptone Water with 0.1% Tween in qualitative procedures as a diluting and rising fluid for sterility testing
