The AccelerOme platform is optimized to fit into the Thermo Scientific™ Orbitrap™ mass spectrometer ecosystem, streamlining the entire workflow from sample preparation to data processing.

The AccelerOme automated sample preparation platform features include:

• Liquid Handling Robot with a capacity to process up to 36 label-free samples, 33 Thermo Scientific™ TMT11plex isobaric labeling reagent samples or 32 Thermo Scientific™ TMTpro™ 16plex label reagent samples per session
• Processes sample types consisting of cells, biofluids, tissues, and purified proteins
• Capable of processing sample amounts ranging from 10 to 100 μg
• Performs in-line SPE clean-up
• Measures the final peptide concentration per sample using an in-line spectrophotometer
