DRAQ7 Dyeは、フローサイトメトリーで非生物細胞を除外するために使用される、明るく使いやすい蛍光DNA色素です。この色素は、599/644 nmで最大励起、678/697 nmで最大蛍光を示します。

DRAQ7 Dyeは、死細胞や透過性細胞の二本鎖DNA(dsDNA)を迅速に染色する膜不透過性の色素です。この色素は赤色レーザー線で最適に励起されますが、647~488 nmの波長で励起可能です。dsDNA とのインターカレート時の最大発光波長は697 nmです。
