HyPerforma™ Rocker BioProcess Container (BPC)

The Thermo Scientific Rocker Bioprocess Container (BPC) is manufactured for use with the Thermo Scientific Rocker Bioreactor and is available in three volumes: 10, 20, and 50 L. Rocker BPCs are manufactured using a multi-layer, polyolefin-based, slip agent-free film. This film provides superior extractables and leachables profiles, water vapor and oxygen barriers, and complete fluid integrity. Each lot is routinely tested for bacterial endotoxins.

Rocker BPC features include:
• Shipped gamma-irradiated (25 to 40 kGy) and ready for use
• Routinely monitored for particulates per USP <788>
• Lot release requires endotoxin levels to test below 0.25 EU/mL
• All wetted materials are USP class VI-compliant and animal derived component-free (ADCF)

• Suspension and adherent cell culture processes
