LSI Fast Lysis Buffer is for extraction of BVD RNA from ear notch samples and has been validated for use with the LSI VetMAX™ BVDV 4ALL Detection Kit, a real-time PCR kit for the efficient monitoring of bovine viral diarrhea (BVD) virus in herds and early detection in persistently infected (PI) calves.
