Application

IGEPAL|r CA-630 is mainly used for the solubilization, isolation, and purification of membrane protein complexes and in two-dimensional gel electrophoresis
IGEPAL|r CA-630 can be used in the composition of homogenizing buffers during western blotting technique in mouse muscle homogenates
It has been used in X-gal staining to study the lacZ expression
IGEPAL|r CA-630 is also a component of the cell lysis buffer in order to prepare RT-qPCR-ready cell lysates
