LB Agar plate with 25μg/mL Chloramphenicol

Miller’s LB is a highly-referenced microbial growth medium used for the cultivation of E. coli. It is used with recombinant strains of E.coli containing plasmids with the resistance gene to 25μg/ml chloramphenicol such as pBluescript, pGEM, or the pUC series of plasmids.
