What instructions should I use to prepare Ready-Made LB Agar Powder (Cat. No. J75851.A1)?

We recommend dissolving 40 grams of the medium in 1 L of purified water until evenly dispersed. Heat with repeated stirring and boil for one minute to dissolve completely. Distribute into bottles for autoclaving and autoclave at 121 degrees C for 15 minutes.
