LI銀(LIS)強化キットは、使いやすい光無反応型銀強化システムであり、当社のコロイド金およびNANOGOLD試薬と共に使用します。銀(I)イオンおよび還元剤が存在する状態で、金粒子は触媒として作用し、銀(I)イオンを金属銀に還元します。金属銀は金に堆積し、粒子を直径30~100 nmに拡大します。コロイド金で染色された組織またはブロットは、この自動金属組織学的手法によって「発現」され、光顕微鏡で観察できる黒色染色が行われます。LI銀強化キットは、Nanoprobes社製分子プローブ用です。
研究用にのみ使用できます。診断用には使用いただけません。
