The pre-weighed sachets of Thermo Scientific™ Oxoid™ dehydrated culture media are designed for single use when preparing 1 L or 8 L volumes of your medium. Save valuable time and start testing quickly by removing the requirement to weigh powder—just rip, tip and pour.

Pre-Weigh MYP Agar is equivalent to the medium developed by Mossel et al.1 It is part of a range of our most frequently used and well-characterized dehydrated culture media which is now available in handy pre-weighed foil packages.

Simply tear open the selected media sachet, add to the required volume of water, mix, and autoclave as usual.
