The pre-weighed sachets of Thermo Scientific™ Oxoid™ dehydrated culture media are designed for single use when preparing 1 L or 8 L volumes of your medium. Pre-Weigh Buffered Peptone Water (ISO) sachets contain the familiar Thermo Scientific Oxoid Buffered Peptone Water (ISO) medium (Manf. Part No. CM1049) and are part of a range of our most frequently used and well-characterized dehydrated culture media, which is now available in handy pre-weighed foil packages.
Simply tear open the selected media sachet, add to the required volume of water, mix, and autoclave as usual.
