Universal Mouse Reference RNA is an RNA extract used as a positive control in QuantiGene assays. The Universal Mouse Reference RNA is composed of total RNA from 11 mouse cell lines:
- Embryo
- Embryo, fibroblast
- Kidney
- Liver, hepatocyte
- Lung, alveolar macrophage
- B-lymphocyte
- T-lymphocyte (thymus)
- Mammary gland
- Muscle myoblast
- Skin
- Testis
Equal quantities of DNase-treated total RNA from each cell line were pooled to make the universal control.
ユニバーサルマウス参照RNAは、QuantiGeneアッセイにおけるポジティブコントロールとして使用されるRNA抽出物です。ユニバーサルマウス参照RNAは、以下の11種類のマウス細胞株から得られるトータルRNAで構成されています。
• 胚
• 胚、線維芽細胞
• 腎臓
• 肝臓、肝細胞
• 肺、肺胞マクロファージ
• Bリンパ球
• Tリンパ球（胸腺）
• 乳腺
• 筋芽細胞
• 皮膚
• 精巣
各細胞株から得たDNase処理済みトータルRNAを等量ずつプールし、普遍的なコントロールを実現しました。
