Chlamydiae are intracellular organisms that infect the columnar epithelial surfaces1 of the human urethra and endocervix. Specimens collected from these sites must contain as many columnar epithelial cells as possible.
Use IDEIA Chlamydia Specimen Wet Collection Kit for collection of up to 50 specimens. All the components come in self sealed bags for safe transportation.
