Rapidly inactivate and stabilize viral RNA at ambient temperature with a non-hazardous formulation using Thermo Scientific™ InhibiSURE™ Viral Inactivation Medium. This liquid medium is intended for the collection, transportation, and inactivation of SARS-CoV-2 and RNA enveloped viruses.
Collect and inactivate RNA enveloped viruses with Thermo Scientific™ InhibiSURE™ Viral Inactivation Medium. InhibiSURE stabilises viral RNA for transportation and use in subsequent in vitro diagnostic testing procedures. The device is intended to be used with unprocessed nasal swabs, nasopharyngeal swabs and throat swabs. This is a single use device, it is not automated nor is it a companion diagnostic.
Product is CE marked but not 510(k)-cleared and not available for sale in the U.S. Availability of product in each country depends on local regulatory marketing authorization status. - For In Vitro Diagnostic Use.
