DOCK7 Antibody (CL488-67842) in Flow
1X10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 µg CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human DOCK7 (CL488-67842, Clone:1A4A6) (red), or 0.4 µg Mouse IgG2b Isotype Control (CL488-66360-3, Clone: K11B8C4B5) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) that plays a role in axon formation and neuronal polarization. The encoded protein displays GEF activity toward RAC1 and RAC3 Rho small GTPases but not toward CDC42. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
