ITGA8 Antibody (MA5-24196) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of ITGA8 in immersion fixed H4 human neuroglioma cell line. Samples were incubated in ITGA8 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24196) using a dilution of 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cell surfaces and cytoplasm.

Target Information
Integrin alpha-8/beta-1 functions in the genesis of kidney and probably of other organs by regulating the recruitment of mesenchymal cells into epithelial structures. It recognizes the sequence R-G-D in a wide array of ligands including TNC, FN1, SPP1 TGF.
