SEMA3C Antibody (PA5-47189) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of SEMA3C in immersion fixed MCF‚7 human breast cancer cell line. Samples were incubated in SEMA3C polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47189) using a dilution of 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm.

In Western blots, less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Semaphorin 3A, rhSemaphorin 3B, rhSemaphorin 6A, recombinant mouse (rm) Semaphorin 3E, rmSemaphorin 3F, rmSemaphorin 6A, and rmSemaphorin 7A is observed.
Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
