In direct ELISAs and Western blots, approximately 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Siglec-5 is observed and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rhSiglec-2, rhSiglec-3, rhSiglec-7, rhSiglec-9, and recombinant mouse Siglec-F is observed.
Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Endoxin level is <0.10 EU per 1 µg of the antibody by the LAL method.
Target Information
SIGLECs are members of the immunoglobulin superfamily that are expressed on the cell surface. Most SIGLECs have 1 or more cytoplasmic immune receptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motifs, or ITIMs. SIGLECs are typically expressed on cells of the innate immune system, with the exception of the B-cell expressed SIGLEC6.
