Western blot was performed using ULBP3 Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (R4P1-B1) (Product # 705197R) and ~20 kDa band corresponding to ULBP3 was observed in SW620, HeLa and K-562 cell lines as compared to A549 and MCF7 cell lines which are reported to be negative for ULBP3 expression. Target Information
UL16-binding protein 3 (ULBP3) is an extended member of the MHC class I superfamily. It does not contain the alpha 3 domain and lacks a transmembrane domain. ULBP3 binds and activates the KLRK1/NKG2D receptor and mediates natural killer cell cytotoxicity.
