FXN Antibody (MA569425) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemical analysis of FXN in Hep G2 cells. Samples were incubated with FXN recombinant monoclonal antibody (Product # MA569424) using a dilution of 1:200 (40x lens). Followed by a further incubation with Cy3 Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) using a dilution of 1:500 (Red). The cells were counterstained with alpha-Tubulin Mouse mAb using dilution of 1:400. Followed by incubation with 488-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) using a dilution of 1:500 (Green). DAPI was used for nuclear staining (Blue).

FXN is a mitochondrial protein which belongs to the FRATAXIN family. The protein functions in regulating mitochondrial iron transport and respiration. The expansion of intronic trinucleotide repeat GAA results in Friedreich ataxia.
