Western Blot analysis of UCN3 in HEK293 lysate (10 µg protein in RIPA buffer) using UCN3 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-142332) at 1 µg/mL. Lane A: HEK293 lysate over expressing Human UCN3 with DYKDDDDK tag probed with UCN3 Antibody. Lane B: Mock-transfected HEK293 probed with UCN3 Antibody. Lane C: HEK293 lysate over expressing Human UCN3 with DYKDDDDK tag probed with anti-DYKDDDDK Tag (1:3,000). Primary incubations were for 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.

Urocortin 3 (UCN3) is a member of the corticotropin-releasing factor (CRF) family, encoded by the UCN3 gene, and is primarily involved in stress response and energy balance regulation.
