BCL9 Antibody (PA5-49466) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of BCL9 in Hela (Human Cervical epithelial adenocarcinoma cell line) cells. Samples were incubated with BCL9 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-49466) using a dilution of 1:25 followed by Dylight® 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG at a dilution of 1:200 (green). Cells were 4% paraformaldehyde-fixed and 0.1% Triton X-100 permeabilized. Immunofluorescence image showing nucleus staining on HeLa cell line. Cytoplasmic actin is detected with Dylight® 554 Phalloidin at 1:100 dilution (red).

BCL9 is involved in signal transduction through the Wnt pathway. It promotes beta-catenin's transcriptional activity. BCL9 is associated with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. The overexpression of BCL9 may be of pathogenic significance in B-cell malignancies.
