Discover Helios Hydra 5+ and Helios 5+ PFIB-SEMs: Our most advanced PFIB platforms, reimagined

Next-level sample preparation for constantly evolving failure analysis demands

On-Demand webinar

Duration: 50 minutes

Meet the supercharged Thermo Scientific Helios Hydra 5+ and Helios 5+ PFIB-SEMs, bringing next-level sample preparation to the semiconductor industry.

Plasma-FIB has become the solution of choice in failure analysis, with flexibility across length scales and applications. However, innovations are still required to meet new technology challenges. We are committed to setting the standard, and so we revolutionized PFIB capabilities by introducing our multi-ion species platform, the Thermo Scientific Helios Hydra FIB-SEM, engineered to handle all materials in microelectronic devices.

Now, large-volume analysis, delayering, and TEM preparation have taken a huge leap forward with the Helios 5+ platforms, designed to accelerate and automate every need. Discover extreme milling, with up to 4x more throughput, damage-free delayering with marathon stability 100eV inspection, and advanced TEM preparation for all three lift-out regimes, including top-down, planar, and inverted samples.
