Graphical outputs

To allow the user to view the data graphically hPSC Scorecard™ Analysis Software generates Expression Heat Map Plots, Scores Box Plots, Correlation Plots, Assay QC Plots and a Scores Table from the input data.

Select the samples to be plotted by clicking the check box (or click in the header) for an entire experiment, or select each sample individually. Selected samples will highlight in blue.
- Expression plots: select 1–12 samples for this plot.
- Scores Box plots: select 1–12 samples for this plot.
- Scores table: select 1–12 samples for this plot.
- Correlation plots: select 2–12 samples for this plot. A minimum of two samples are required for comparison.
- Assay QC plots: select 1–12 samples for this plot.
Click the Plots button in the Plates header. The Plots window will open.
Select the type of Plot to be viewed from the tabs in the upper left.
(Optional) Click Download as JPG to save a .jpeg file of the output for your records or for submission as a manuscript figure.
Click the button to close the Plots window and return to the Project results page.
