Expression plots

The hPSC Scorecard™ software limits the Expression (Heat Map) plot output to a maximum of 12 samples.
Note:

Omitted genes are represented in gray on the plot.

An Expression Heat Map for all four gene classifications is displayed.
  1. Use the scroll bars to view the entire heat map.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the window to view the Expression Heat Map legend.
  3. (Optional) Click Download as JPG to save a .jpeg file of the output for your records.
  4. Click the button to close the Plots window and return to the Project results page.
