Upload data

For the hPSC Scorecard™ Analysis Software to display results, data from one or more experiments must be uploaded to the project.

Open the project by clicking on its name in the Projects homepage.
(Optional) If uploading several data files (.EDS) at once, use the Compress Utility to compress the files and expedite the uploading process.
1. Click the Pencil icon to the right of the Upload Data button, then select Compress utility from the drop down menu to download the compression utility (compressor.jar).
2. Click on the downloaded file (compressor.jar). A new eds File Compression Utility window will open.
3. Click Choose file to browse and locate the data files for compression. The Compress Utility will make a copy of the original data files, compress them, and place them in a new folder labeled "compressed."
Click the Upload Data button. A File Upload window will open.
Browse to locate the data file(s), select one or more file(s) to be uploaded, then click Open. A progress bar will display, followed by:
- A Project Page will open displaying the imported experiment following successful uploading. See Project results.
- An error message will appear if the content of the data files selected does not match the parameters input into the project file. See Data upload error to diagnose and correct the error(s).
