In the left navigation bar, click on the About button for more information about the hPSC Scorecard™ Analysis Software including Terms of Use.

To return to the Projects homepage at any time, click on the Manage Projects button in the left navigation bar.

User name. Click here to Sign Out of the software or edit your user profile.

Click on the Create a Project button to create a new project. See Create a new project for more information.

After projects are created they will be listed on the Projects page.

Note:

Occasionally, updated versions of the data analysis algorithm will be released. Upon reopening a previous project, a new window will open giving you the option to reanalyze the project with the latest version.

Demo project. Click here to create a demo project using a preloaded data set prior to generating your own data. The demo project data is an .eds file from a 384-well TaqMan^® hPSC Scorecard™ Assay run on four samples: an undifferentiated H9 ESC sample in the first quadrant and a time course of embryoid body (EB) formation (Days 2, 4 and 7) in the second through fourth quadrants. Only one demo project is allowed in the project list at a time.
