Edit projects

The tools located in the Plates header are used to edit the project.

  1. To edit a project, click the pencil icon, then select Edit project from the drop down menu. The Edit project dialog will open.
    1. Click in the appropriate field and enter any required changes to the project name or description.
    2. Click Save.
    Note:

    Instrument type and block type cannot be edited once an experiment has been uploaded.

  2. To upload additional experimental data sets.
    1. Click the Upload Data button. The File Upload window will open.
    2. (Optional) If uploading several data files (.EDS) at once, use the Compress Utility to compress the files and expedite the uploading process. See, Upload Data for more information.
    3. Browse to locate the data file(s) (.EDS), select the file(s) to be uploaded, then click Open.

    The software will automatically refresh the scorecard display.

    Note:

    hPSC Scorecard™ Analysis Software will not let the user inadvertently duplicate an experiment data file by importing a data file previously uploaded to the project.

  3. To delete an experiment:
    1. Select the experiment to delete by clicking the check box in the experiment header.
    2. Click the pencil icon, then select Delete experiment from the drop down menu.

      The delete experiment confirmation dialog will pop-up.

    3. Click OK to delete the experiment from the analysis.
  4. To edit a sample name, click on the Sample Name. The sample name field will become active.
    1. Select the text to edit, then make any necessary changes.
    2. Click anywhere outside the field or press Enter to Save.

    The software will automatically refresh the scorecard display.
