You must fill out the information in the Registration form and create a User Name and Password to use the hPSC Scorecard™ Analysis Software. The User Name and Password will give you secure access to all the projects you create in the hPSC Scorecard™ software. The projects in your private account will only be accessible using your User Name and Password.

• User Name: This must be 4-10 characters in length and can be any combination of letters and numbers.

• Email Address: This e-mail address must be unique to this particular account; the same email address cannot be used for more than one account. This address will be used to contact you with important information about your account. In the event of a lost password, this address will be used to notify you of the new password.

• Password: This must be at least six characters in length and should be a combination of letters and numbers for maximum security.

Changing Your User Name and Password

To change the information in the Registration form, including your User Name and Password, click on your User Name at the top of the main hPSC Scorecard™ window. Select Your profile, make the desired changes, then click Save.

Logging Out

To log out of the hPSC Scorecard™ software, click on your User Name at the top of the main hPSC Scorecard™ window, then click Sign Out.
