UltiMate™ HPG-3200RS Rapid Separation Binary Pump

Catalog number: 5040.0026
With exceptional flow stability and adjustable delay volume, the Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ UltiMate™ HPG-3200RS Rapid Separation Binary Pump excels at high-speed and high-resolution applications. An industry-leading flow/pressure footprint of 100 MPa (15,000 psi) at up to 5mL/min. and 80 MPa (11,600 psi) at 8mL/min. makes it the most flexible binary pump choice. Designed with a stainless-steel-free (biocompatible) flow path, the HPG-3200RS pump is an ideal choice for ultrahigh speed LC/MS applications as well those with very fast sample injection cycles.

Recommended Use

The HPG-3200RS pump is the ideal choice for a wide range of UHPLC configurations, requiring two solvents only, including microflow, analytical and ultrafast, high-resolution separations in pharmaceutical, life science and environmental laboratories.

Simple Method Transfer

UltiMate 3000 Standard (SD) and Rapid Separation (RS) pumps and system configurations provide similar gradient delay and extra-column volumes. This simplifies the method transfer between method development labs commonly using UHPLC pumps and QC and production labs with their standard LC pump setups.

Features

  • Serial dual-piston operating principle, high-pressure gradient proportioning

  • Wide operating flow rate range from 200μL to 8mL/min. with high flow rate accuracy
  • Support of operating pressures of up to 100MPa (1000 bar/15,000 psi)
  • Thermo Scientific™ SmartFlow™ technology to automatically compensate for compressibility; no manual solvent setting needed
  • Large selection of mixing volumes to perfectly balance gradient delay volume with mixing efficiency
  • Active rear-seal wash and floating pistons to maximize seal lifetime and pump uptime
