Western blot analysis of Elafin/PI3 using A) 30 µg 293T whole cell lysate and B) 30 µg whole cell lysate of human PI3-transfected 293T cells. Samples were loaded onto a 15% SDS-PAGE gel and probed with an Elafin/PI3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-35878) at a dilution of 1:5000.
