MA5-15879 targets ITK in flow cytometry, Western blot, and immunofluorescence applications and shows reactivity with Human samples.
The MA5-15879 immunogen is purified recombinant fragment of human ITK expressed in E. Coli. .
MA5-15879 detects ITK which has a predicted molecular weight of approximately 72kDa.
This gene encodes an intracellular tyrosine kinase expressed in T-cells. The protein contains both SH2 and SH3 domains which are often found in intracellular kinases. It is thought to play a role in T-cell proliferation and differentiation.
