METTL1 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western Blot using METTL1 Monoclonal Antibody (9C2F2) (Product # MA5-41071) at 1:500 dilution. Lane A: 293T Whole Cell Lysate, Lane B: Jurkat Whole Cell Lysate. Lysates/proteins at 30 μg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (DyLight™ 800) at 1:15,000 dilution. Developed using the Odyssey technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 31 kDa. Observed band size: 31 kDa.

METTL1 Antibody in Immunoprecipitation (IP) — METTL1 Immunoprecipitation using: Lane A: 0.5 mg HepG2 Whole Cell Lysate, Lane B: 0.5 mg Jurkat Whole Cell Lysate 2 µL with METTL1 Monoclonal Antibody (9C2F2) (Product # MA5-41071) and 15 µL of 50 % Protein G agarose. Primary antibody: METTL1 Monoclonal Antibody (9C2F2), at 1:100 dilution. Secondary antibody: Dylight 800-labeled antibody to Mouse IgG (H+L), at 1:7,500 dilution. Developed using the Odyssey technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 34 kDa. Observed band size: 34 kDa.
