Western blot analysis of Moesin in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with Moesin Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-120797) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST.

Target Information
Moesin, a member of the talin-4. 1 superfamily, is a linking protein of the submembraneous actin cytoskeleton. It is expressed in macrophages, lymphocytes, fibroblastic, endothelial, epithelial, and neuronal cell lines but not in blood cells. It is involved in cell adhesion, migration, and organization of cell surface structures.
