Western blot analysis of Phospho-HSP27 pSer82 using a Phospho-HSP27 pSer82 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-25983). Peptide competition shows that only the peptide corresponding to HSP27 (pSer82) blocks antibody signal, thereby demonstrating the specificity of the antibody.
