PA1-26007 detects PEA15 (phospho S116) from human and mouse samples. PA1-26007 is expected to cross react with rat (100% conserved) due to sequence homology.
PA1-26007 has been successfully used in Western blot procedures. For positive control, use Cos cetss transfected with PEDcDNA and stimulated with 100µg/ml PMA; SK-BR-3 cells.
